Schedule of Fee's
Primary Placements
Primary placements are defined as
accounts that have never been placed with a collection agency by Client or any prior holder of the account being
placed, and located within the United States. Contingent fee percentages are based on the age of the account as
of the date of placement. For purpose of determining the age of delinquency, the last date of sale or
service is used.
| Under 90 Days | 18% |
| 90 - 365 Days | 25% |
| 1 - 3 Years | 30% |
| 3 - 5 Years | 40% |
| Over 5 Years | 50% |
| Accounts under $1,000 | 35% |
Secondary Placements
Secondary placements
are defined as accounts that have been placed with one collection agency by Client or any prior holder of the
account being placed prior to placement with G & D.

Returned Merchandise Fee
Client will give 100% credit for all merchandise
returned for purposes of calculating fee due G & D .

Normal fee | Cancellation Fee
A fee
will be charged on any account that is inappropriately cancelled or due to interference from client
once G & D has been retained. Cancellation fee will be full fee due or 15% of balance. Waiver of Cancellation Fees will
be waived based upon just cause at the sole discretion of G & D Collection Group, Inc. | |
