Consumer accounts average 33%

Please note the above rates are merely averages. Rates are based on the age of the account (older the debt the more it costs to collect) and size of the debt (larger the claim cheaper the rate for you)

Secondary Placements

Secondary placements are defined as accounts that have been placed with one collection agency by Client or any prior holder of the account being placed prior to placement with GND.

All Secondary Placements Regardless of Age	35-50%
Returned Merchandise Fee Client will give 100% credit for all merchandise returned for purposes of calculating fee due GND.	Normal fee
Cancellation Fee A fee will be charged on any account that is inappropriately cancelled or due to interference from client once GND has been retained. Cancellation fee will be full fee due or 15% of balance. Waiver of Cancellation Fees will be waived based upon just cause at the sole discretion of GND Group, Inc.
